Riversleigh Fossil Centre - educates and interprets the fossils extracted from the nearby Riversleigh fossil fields, which are among the richest and most extensive in the world.

Lake Moondarra

Spectacular Lake Moondarra, just 20 kms north of Mount Isa, is popular with locals and tourists alike for swimming, boating, sailing, canoeing and offers excellent barramundi fishing for anglers.
